The Truth on Social Media Growth
The one thing I hear all the time talking to clients and other social media managers is the speed of growth. "I want to start a channel and have 10K followers in 3 months.." Just reading that gives me chills.
To break it down, it maybe takes 1-2 months to test and see what's working and cultivate your fanbase. Then from there, you produce at a high level to continue to keep that fanbase and hope the algorithms deliver what you're pushing out to those that are interested. Yes, you can use paid to expedite the process, but from a purely organic standpoint, time is your friend in building a dedicated fanbase and not just followers who don't engage. Social is about community and sharing interests and creativity, don't take that out of your strategy because the follower number isn't big enough.
